A passion for outdoors

Sardis Getaway was born out of our shared passion for the outdoors, and the desire to leave a lasting legacy for those we love. Our vision was to create an unparallel nature experience outside of Dallas/Oklahoma City with gorgeous views and untouched mountain landscapes. We’re creating Sardis Getaway to be an escape from the crowds and city life, the way nature intended. With miles of private hiking and mountain biking trails, horse-friendly properties, this place has exactly what you’re looking for.

Sardis Lake is a unique piece of nature located in the heart of Oklahoma. This lake covers 14,360 acres offers many opportunities for a variety of outdoor recreation including fishing and boating. There are three campgrounds located around the lake offering various facilities including general hookups, restrooms, showering facilities, playground, swim beach, boat ramps, and fishing docks.

With 117 miles of scenic southeastern Oklahoma shoreline, Sardis Lake is located five miles north of Clayton along Oklahoma Highway 2 in beautiful Choctaw Country. The lake also has facilities for group camping and picnic areas, electricity, and large outdoor cooking grills.
